And now, starting Thursday, November 14th, we’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new Innovation Kitchen in our Henderson location! This is a unique opportunity to experience BIBIBOP in a whole new way, where we’re testing exciting new ingredients, reimagining our bowl offerings, and creating more ways for you to build your ideal meal.
A Taste of the BIBIBOP Innovation Kitchen
Asian cuisine is celebrated worldwide for its vibrant, layered flavors and diverse ingredients. At BIBIBOP, we’re continuously inspired by the richness of these flavors, and our Innovation Kitchen is a space to experiment, listen to our guests, and discover new ways to bring Asian-inspired dishes to life. While we’re introducing some new ingredients and combinations, don’t worry – we’re keeping fan favorites so you can still enjoy your go-to meals.
What’s Cookin’ in the Innovation Kitchen?
In our Innovation Kitchen, we’re introducing a few exciting updates that you won’t find anywhere else:
- New Protein Bowl Options: We’re testing out two bowl types: a one-protein bowl starting at $9.49 and a two-protein bowl starting at $12.49, available with options like Chicken, Spicy Chicken, and Tofu. Want to mix things up? Try our premium Korean BBQ Beef or Miso Glazed Salmon for a delicious twist.
- Exclusively Available Ingredients: Our Innovation Kitchen will be serving up some fresh and unique bases, toppings, and proteins that add flavor and texture to every bite. These include Lemon Turmeric Rice, Honey Citrus Kale, and new warm toppings like Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Curry Chickpea – each crafted to bring something fresh to your bowl.
- No Catering: To keep the focus on crafting the perfect dine-in experience, catering will not be available at this location.

Each element of our bowls is carefully chosen to offer variety, texture, and a true taste of Asian-inspired flavors. Here’s a preview of what’s on the menu:
- Bases: Choose from Lemon Turmeric Rice, Honey Citrus Kale, or Romaine Lettuce for a foundation that’s flavorful and nutrient-rich.
- Toppings: Warm up with Roasted Brussel Sprouts or Curry Chickpea (for that delicious blend of flavors) or add a cool crunch with Pickled Red Onion.
- Premium Toppings: Upgrade your bowl with a Sunny Side Up Egg (available as a premium option under a heat lamp for the perfect touch).
And if you’re feeling adventurous, go for our premium protein options like Miso Glazed Salmon or Grilled Steak to add an extra layer of flavor.
Saying Goodbye to Some Classics
As we make space for these exciting new ingredients, we’re bidding farewell to a few items. Black Beans, Bean Sprouts, Pickled Red Cabbage, Sesame Kale, Supergreen Salad, and Steak will be phased out to make way for new flavors. (But, if you’re really missing those black beans, just ask – they’ll still be available in-store for now.)
