Every item on the menu is gluten-free and it is all prepared in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so there is no cross contact risk on any bowl, sauce or topping. The kitchen uses tamari rather than soy sauce, which is what keeps the sauces gluten-free as well. If you have celiac disease, you can order anything on the menu without asking.

BIBIBOP bowls are inspired by bibimbap, the traditional Korean dish of rice, vegetables and protein served together in one bowl. Instead of a fixed recipe, you build yours: choose White Rice, Purple Rice, Noodles or Salad Greens, add Chicken, Spicy Chicken, Korean BBQ Beef, Steak or Tofu, then add the vegetables, sauces and toppings you want.

BIBIBOP Cleveland, University Circle at 11431 Euclid Ave., in the middle of the University Circle district near Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. It is open Monday through Saturday 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Most Northern Ohio locations are open until 9:30 PM Monday through Saturday and 9:00 PM on Sunday. Boardman closes a half hour earlier at 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 8:00 PM on Sunday.

The first BIBIBOP opened on West 5th Avenue in the Grandview neighborhood of Columbus in 2013, and that restaurant is still serving today. BIBIBOP was founded by Charley Shin, who also founded Charleys Cheesesteaks.
